I want to insert an image from my computer (like C drive) in power bi, not from the internet/web, such that if I change the address of the image the image automatically changes.
For Example
From the below image I want the photo from the link in power bi. The photo is on my computer sever.
Convert the image into base64 url on powerquery. Then set field as image url

Are you planning on sharing this report with other people? Then they won't be able to see anything that is saved locally on your PC. Unless you import the image int the report.
Not sure of the reasons why you don't use a web based option like OneDrive or SharePoint. But if you do, then theimage will need to be shared as an Open URL or with the People who are viewing.
