How to append 2 different tables?

Hi,

I am trying to use Power Query to achieve an appended view based off of my snippet below. Where anytime a new category is updated/added, the month table is repeated down. Would anyone have any ideas?

Add a custom column to the smaller table.

In the dialog box, just enter the name of the larger table.

Then expand from the column header
