Help with error in power query

Hello Power Query Power Users,

Can you help me get over this hump?

I get an error when I combine and transform from a folder.

Data Source: Excel file

The first rows are empty for Student Name and Student ID. It comes out empty from the database.

Student NameStudent IDWednesdayThursdayFridayMondayTuesdayWednesday

Combine and Transform

Step 1: Get Data

Step 2: Folder

Step 3: Connect

Step 4: "insert file path"

Step 5: combine and transform data

Step 6: sample file>first file

The result is "Unexpected error occurred"

Attempted solution: Use the first rows as headers.

Result: "Unexpected Error occurred"

How do I fix the error? I believe the error is caused because of the empty first rows for Student Name and Student ID.

Any nudge is greatly appreciated.

Figured it out.

The data had to come in as a table.

Power Query could not find the table name because there was none in my original upload.
