i am using this function:
Excel.CurrentWorkbook(){[Name="Table322"]}[Content]
ti get full table.
How can i get specific columns, like "Col1" and "Col2" from this function?

Just wrap the whole table reference in a Table.SelectColumns function:
= Table.SelectColumns(
Excel.CurrentWorkbook(){[Name="Table322"]}[Content],
{"columnName1", "columnName2"}
)
