Format Data with Header Information Between Rows

Hello,

I have data that is downloaded from a cloud-based application. It looks like this:

I'm interested in creating individual rows with the data from the header rows. So, after applying steps the data would look like this:

After getting the file to this point, I would like to search the File column for specific wording and save only those rows.

Thank you,

Carol

Ingest the file without column separators.

Filter the rows that contain your phrase.

Then apply the formatting transforms.

Sorry to hear about your data format. Truly horrible.

Anyway - how many words are you looking for? In what order? How fuzzy?

I'm looking for the phrase, "Certificate of Occupancy" it should be consistent.
