HI Everyone,

I need help to create a table with that take in one value per employee and adds it up as a total number of hours. As an example from the Clocked_hours table, for SO No RO0000021, I would only require 3 Act Hrs for Chew, 23.75 Act Hrs for Samson and 5.5 Act Hrs for Ramlan. Seq Desc is not important but would require the start and end dates.

Regarding your question about aggregating actual hours (Act Hrs) per employee for each SO No, I have created a sample .pbix file that demonstrates a solution meets to your specifications.
 

To help you review the logic ,I’ve attached a screenshot showing the resulting summary table as well as .PBIX file. Please review both the file and the screenshot at your convenience, and let me know if this approach meets your needs or if any further adjustments are required.

I want to help you but your description is too vague. Please write it again.

Remove any undeed collumns and give a clear step-by-step description how to calculated

3 Act Hrs for Chew, 23.75 Act Hrs for Samson and 5.5 Act Hrs for Ramlan. 

Please use the same terminology on the input data, desitred output and the instructions. 

You are currently using different terminology on each and adding lots of unneccseary columns.

You will get a quicker and better response without misunderstandings if you put time and effort into carefully writing a clear problem description with example input and output data. Look forward to helping you when this information is forthcoming

The desire output in PowerBi will be silimar to what it is shown below. Sample is for SO No RO000003 and RO000004.
