Expression.Error: We cannot apply operator < to types Function and DateTime.

I've tried using date.from to keep all the dates fields set to date/time format but still get the same error and can't understand what the error is trying to tell me, please help 🙏

Just finally realised I was missing the open and close brackets at the end of the function which is why is wasn't converting to date and returning #ERROR
