Error loading dataset panel from Excel

Hi,

I look everywhere but don't seem to find a fix.

I have a user who cannot load data from Power BI into Excel. He can do it with Excel Online but not in the desktop app. His colleagues can do it without issue (same excel version, rights,..)

I've already reinstalled Microsoft Office but no luck.

Do you have an idea ?

Have them install the latest AS_OLEDB drivers.

That may resolve it.
