Custom Connector Dynamic UI From Selected Parameters

Hi,

I am creating a custom power BI power query connector for an API. The problem is that we have multiple base urls based on hosting region and also a self hosting option for our API with custom url.

I want the user to be able to select the url from a dropdown list and when they select the self hosting option I want a new parameter filed to be displayed.

Another less likable option is to give the parameter a list of allowed values and also the option to write a custom value in the same field.janPelisek_0-1719301363460.png

I am also open to other solutions. Is there a way how to implement this in the connector UI?

Thanks

Hi @janPelisek

You can refer to the following link.

Thank you @Anonymous  but this thread is discussing something else. I know how to pass parameters to my api. I'm seeking advice on UI customization. Right know I'm using meta [Documentaton.___] for parameters and functions to customize the connector UI but it is insufficient.
