Count if function use for M code

hi guys, 

Im having some issues replicating a dax formula over M code any help or direction would be appreciated, 

basically have this code: 

let
doc = [Numero Documento], 
cantidadlineas = Table.RowCount(Table.SelectRows(Buffertable, [Numero Documento] = doc))
in
cantidadlineas

but can make it work, want to make i count the total time a documment number appears in the specific column of that table,
