Code 500 when connect to Xero

Hi there- I have tried connecting POWER Bi Service to Xero but it comes up with Status-code 500 error. how do I solve this- please help me as it is urgrent for my client.

Are you able to get data when connecting to xero PBIT file in Power  BI Desktop?
