Cannot load SQL Server Database

Hi team,

I have issue when try to load SQL server database. The issue happen only for this report but other report it can load the SQL server easily. Already try to use different PC, it can load the SQL server database in this report. So I'm not sure why only my laptop having this issue or maybe there are some setting that you can show me. The SQL server database keep loading as below image till forever and no error show.

My SQL server name is correct. I think there is some connection issue since I'm using company `network. Now I can load the sql server as normal.

Solution: Change latest proxy that provided by company.

Hi @Anonymous 

I am not sure on cause of it but you can try below options. 

1) Clear global permissions in data source settings.

2) Clear cache in options under data load tab.
