As in the title...
I an using = Date.WeekOfYear([Date Field]) to create a custom column so I can do a weekly report. However, I want to start at 1st April, not 1st January. Is it possible to change the result, or when it comes to filtering in a Visualisation?
Second question would be how do I filter to just show this calendar week?

You can create a custom calendar referring to this blog:

Try Date.WeekOfYear([Date Field])-Date.WeekOfYear(#date(Year.From([Date Field]), 4,1)+1

I would (strongly) recommend that you use an external calendar table for fiscal years. This can be a table in SQL server, or in Excel. Don't try to do it in Power BI, you will regret it.
