Hello again! Still very new to PowerBI, but thanks to this community, I have found so many answers and guidance, But I am stumped with this one, found similar posts, but none that would fit the full scenario. Tried many things, none worked completedly. So here goes.
I have a table with cust ID, call day, call time and status, see screenshot below
I need to know if they are a repear caller within the same day based on cust ID
If so, time lapsed between 1st and 2nd call time - I dont care if they called mulitple time, just the 1st and 2nd call within the same day
Then I need which status they had with the first call v the status of the 2nd call.
Using the data below, I would want the first one to have columns with
Hope this makes sense, I have driven mysely batty trying to make this work. Open to any suggestions as well on how I could imporve this in general. Thank you all!
