If you want an M solution, you can add a custom column with below code in Power Query Editor:
let _name = [Name] in List.Count(List.Select(#"Previous Step"[Name], each _ = _name))
If you want a DAX solution, you can add a new column in Power BI Desktop
Column = CALCULATE(COUNT('Table'[Name]))
Or
Column 2 = COUNTROWS(FILTER('Table','Table'[Name]=EARLIER('Table'[Name])))
