If you want an M solution, you can add a custom column with below code in Power Query Editor:
let _name = [Name] in List.Count(List.Select(#"Previous Step"[Name], each _ = _name))If you want a DAX solution, you can add a new column in Power BI Desktop
Column = CALCULATE(COUNT('Table'[Name]))Or

The equivalent formulas will have to be made through List functions. But we need to see your sample data and illustrated result from that sample data to give you a formula.
