API Data Source Causes Timeout on Refresh

Hi all,

 

When attempting to refresh data source, an operation timeout occurs. The data is being pulled from a website API and had been correctly setup (met with employees of website to gain access to specific report and url). I've tried numerous times with the same result. Does anybody know what usually or could possibly cause this?

Operation Timeout occurs after 15 minutes it seems.
