Cannot Open or Create Notebook

I cannot open or create a notebook. I get the loading fabric icon but this is a far as I am getting. I can however open and create all other types of artifacts in the workspace.

 

This issue started today and has not been an issue previously.

 

I am an admin in the workspace. Another admin on the workspace is able to open and create notebooks with no issues. The only error I am seeing in the console is a 400 and 403. However, the other admin in this workspace has the same console errors when opening and creating notebooks so not sure it is related to those console errors anymore.

 

I have cleared the cache, allowed third party cookies, tested on two different machines, and tested on both chrome and edge.

Thank you for all the help and suggestions. I Spoke with microsoft support on this one as none of the suggested helped. The next day after speaking with support the notebook opened. No changes were made, so the issue is resolved but still no idea what the original issue was.

Hello @dspringdev 

 

I'm not usre why you can open and another admin able to open. Check the following.

 

  • Make sure to check your permissians and roles in the workspace. Even if you are an admin, there could be specific settings or rolees that need to be updated or changed.
  • Browser extensions can sometimes cause problems with loadiing web applications. Try turning off the extensions to see if that fixees the issue.
  • Since you have already tested different browsers, try opening the noteebook in incognito mode to check if the problem is specific to your browser.
