Cannot Open or Create Notebook
I cannot open or create a notebook. I get the loading fabric icon but this is a far as I am getting. I can however open and create all other types of artifacts in the workspace. This issue starte...
Thank you for all the help and suggestions. I Spoke with microsoft support on this one as none of the suggested helped. The next day after speaking with support the notebook opened. No changes were made, so the issue is resolved but still no idea what the original issue was.
