Project Dashboard that lets you cycle through projects

I have a spreadsheet which contains information on all projects and I have to develop a dashboard which will show visualisation of details of a single project at a time and will allow the user to sort and filter through all of the projects. All of this information is in one spreadsheet (columns are project details and each row is a different project record) and I can't figure out how I should go about this. I can't figure out if PowerBI is capable  Apologies if this is actually very simple or i haven't provided  enough information!

The simple solution would be to have a filter or slicer for the project identifier.  It will depend on your users if they like that approach or if they want something fancier.
