I have created Visitor Management System in power Bi report. I can view all the data but some of data need to be editted (comment) using Power Apps but upon connecting to resource which i am not able to and I don't know what to do next. I have watch many videos for understanding and guides but still i am loss at this stage.

Not yet. My Commnets Data File is located in SharePoint but i could not see the file.
Hi @Fairos ,
Thanks for the update!
The reason you're likely not seeing the file is because Power Apps connects more reliably to SharePoint Lists, not directly to Excel files stored in a SharePoint document library. Those are treated differently in SharePoint.
As a quick check, go to your SharePoint site -> Site Contents and confirm whether your Comments data appears under Lists or if it's just stored as a file in a document library.
If it's currently an Excel file, that would explain why you're having trouble locating it from Power Apps.
While Power Apps can connect to Excel files stored in SharePoint, it generally isn't recommended for multi-user scenarios like a Visitor Management System. Microsoft notes that if the Excel file is open or being edited by another user, read/write operations can become unreliable. With multiple users updating comments simultaneously, this can lead to conflicts or failures.

A cleaner approach would be converting the Excel data into a proper SharePoint List. You can do this directly from SharePoint using:
New -> List -> From Excel
After the list is created, in Power Apps go to:
Data -> Add data -> SharePoint
Then enter your SharePoint site URL and select the newly created List. At that point, it should become visible and connect successfully.

Thank you.
I will try this List approach and update once done

First lemme confirm the basics… ur PBI data has to be a write‑able source and the app must be opened from the PowerApps visual. if those line up, just hit ‘Edit in PowerApps’ and it auto‑binds the form clean.
my comments data is resides in Sharepoint but i could not see that file.
You would have to decide on a data storage solution. You could use a Sharepoint List from your PowerApp but that would result in a suboptimal user experience, as SharePoint doesn't support Direct Query. A SQL Server database as the backend would be better because it supports Direct Query, but it comes with a (steep) additional cost as the connector is considered Premium and requires that each user of your PowerApp has such a Premium license.
If you are on a Fabric capacity you will want to consider using UDF instead - they are the go-forward technology for collecting user feedback and data write back. Overview - Fabric User data functions - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn
