Hi everybody,
I use matrix to display data for products and their sales, the total of orders in the matrix is wrong however when I exported the data from the matrix and get their sum in the excel sheet it was right, where's the issue?!
Thanks in advance,
Mai

@Mai_Nashaat This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See my post about it here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376
Also, this Quick Measure, Measure Totals, The Final Word should get you what you need:

sorry I didn't get the point.
I've a simple measure just sum without any filters
@Mai_Nashaat Any chance you can share the PBIX? Do you have any filters on the visual or page or report as a whole?
I suspect this error caused by table relationship. If you can represent your data model with dummy data and share a sample pbix, we can do more tests to troubleshoot.
