I am trying to create a custom time slicer like this:
When the e.g. WEEK is selected, then the respective 7days interval should appear & the user could navigate to next/previous periods using the right/left arrows.
An alternative & complicated solution that is close to the above is using a lot of buttons & bookmarks, like the below:
I have searched also in App Source and only the "Timeline" I found which is not so relevant.
Is there anybody who has implemented any kind of filter like the 1st one? I suppose that this could be using JavaScript? And then importing it in PBI? I haven't done something like this before.
Please, any help on this could be more than welcomed!

Yes, @Liang you are right. The custom solution I have made in 2nd screenshot above is based on buttons & bookmarks.

As far as I know, creating new columns and using buttons and bookmarks are also good choices without proper visual.
