Live data dashboard

Hi,

I'm still quite new to power bi. I have created reports and embeded this in my sharepoint and wondering if ther's an option to really show the live data.

My datasets are both from onedrive and Rest API, and the API data is actually changing all the time.

I am curtrently having a PPU license but the problem is that the automatic refresh option with 48 times a day can't really represent the live data as it only gets refreshed every 30 mins. And another problem is that most of the people I'm sharing the report with don't have the PPU or premium license which limits them from accessing to my report.

Is there a way that I can publicly (and also an option to limit the user audience of course) publish my report in my sharepoint site with the actual live data? I'm also planning to embed my report into our website as well. For example, Energetics EVC shows its embedded power bi report.
