Granular Lineage Information

I am using REST API 

How to get granular information about lineage? Example: What column of which table is used for making a tile?

No, all you get in the API is a link back to the dataset's report.  Use the DMVs.

@lbendlin If not Column level, can we get Table level lineage details via API?

These details are not exposed via API but you can get at them via DMV queries.  Check out how DAX Studio and other tools show you these details.
