Initiate Subscription via Rest API

Is there a rest API to initiate a Power BI subscription? Today I start the refresh via API after the data load is complete. Just wondering if there is a way to initiate the subscription also after the refresh or send a different email if the refresh is going to be late or miss in SLA.

Not via subscription, but you have many other options like the Refresh Notify choices, and/or the Export To File  action in Power Automate that you can use to send report details around.
