Is it possible to create a visual something like below in Power BI .
Red Line is country China
Blue line for India
Dark blue for Poland
The numbers are for 5 categories which are plotted against the color coding . If the category RAG is Green color then plot it in Green color background . If the RAG for that country and categorty is Amber plot it against Abmber backround .

I've uploaded the sample PBIX file The current approach is working to some extent, but it's still more of a workaround rather than a complete solution.
