API endpoint using Pro licenese?

I am hearing that the API endpoint for worskpaces is only available for Premium workspaces, not Pro workspaces, but I can find no reference to this being true.

Could someone here enlighten me?

We want to export reports Pro license worskpace using API calls.

As far as I know, 

The API endpoint for Workspaces in Power BI is only available for Power BI Premium workspaces, and not for Power BI Pro workspaces.

This means that if you have a Power BI Pro license, you cannot use the API to export reports from Power BI Pro workspaces. You would need to upgrade to a Power BI Premium license in order to access this feature.
