how to rate x-axies in power bi thanks

Hi @Lucay 
If i understood you correctly and you mean sorting your categories by their numeric meaning then:
1. Add from PQ (not DAX because it will cause circular dependency)

2. After close and applying sort your label by this added column:

Result :

PBIX is attached

My solution proposal was based on your picture, so it's likely that the picture does not fully reflect what you are trying to achieve. Please provide more details so that we can understand and assist better.

Requires the x-axis labels to be tilted by an angle, not sorted.

Hi @Lucay 

The axis label becomes diagonal automatically when there isn't enough horizontal space. There is no way to manually influence this.

It is important to note that this practice is not recommended for effective visualization, as the graph reader should not have to read at an angle. This causes them to tilt their head/eyes, making it unnecessarily difficult. The recommendation is actually the opposite: to use short enough names so that there is enough space to display them horizontally, as most of us are accustomed to reading text.
