I am developing a Power BI report with a summary page and a detailed drill-through page. On the summary page, I have visuals like bar charts, graphs, and trees using dimensions such as Currency, Country, and Month. These dimensions are also added as drill-through filters.

Here’s the behavior I’m observing:
1. When I select a single data point in one visual, I get the drill-through option as expected.
2. When I select a single data point in multiple visuals, the drill-through option does not appear.
3. If I select one data point in one visual and multiple data points in another visual, the drill-through option works.

Is this a glitch or intended functionality in Power BI? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!”

Hi, Ritaf1983 ,thanks for your concern about this issue.

Your answer is excellent!
And I would like to share some additional solutions below.
Hello,@HarishMJ .I am glad to help you.
One thing that can be determined about the report drill-down feature is that
whether or not the drilldown function supports multiple selection of data points for a field depends on the context of the drilldown after the current field has been filtered. When you select a field, the drilldown function is valid if the current integrated computing environment can normally allow the data to be displayed properly in the visual of the drilldown page.

Maybe contacting Microsoft Support could be of more help, I have a feeling this may be an issue in Power BI Desktop

This is my Desktop vsersion:

Hi @Ritaf1983

I am Grateful for your response. The thing is button  right  arrow is not active when you  selected two data points in two different visuals. That was the issue.
if you select multiple visuals it will be active.

Hi @HarishMJ
Where is the problem?
I selected 1 point in 2 visuals and drill through worked as expected?
