Hi @LuITS

Thank you very much Ritaf1983 for your prompt reply.

Currently, Power BI Desktop does not support distributing a template with a corporate design directly in the Home Menu like PowerPoint does with default themes. However, you can create and distribute a Power BI template file that includes your corporate design elements. Here's how you can do it:

Create a Template: Design your report with all the necessary corporate branding elements.
Export as Template: Save your report as a template by going to File > Export > Power BI Template.

Distribute the Template: Share the .PBIT file with your team. They can open this template in Power BI Desktop to create new reports with the corporate design already applied.

For now, users will need to manually open the template file rather than selecting it from the Home Menu.

Hi @LuITS
Yes, you can create a theme and use it.

Please refer to the linked video:

Hi, thanks.

But its not exactly what i meant. I know how to create a theme and already have a PowerBI template file with a custom theme and predifined fields for headers and company logo.

Im looking for a way to distribute this template with its theme in the tenant.

Is there a build in way so users just can open the PowerBI Desktop App and select the template in the app, without importing it? Or that you can at least select the theme in the design tab without importing it.
