problem in logic of totals

Dear very good morning, I have a problem with the logic of GDP that takes to solve this matrix, if you look at the capacity T is the multiplication of counting deaths and sum of capacity, but for each row is ok but the sum of the rows in capacity T is incorrect since BI multiplies the total of counting functions by the total sum of capacities and divides it by 4

but what I need is for you to add each row down.

Anyone have any ideas?
