Is it possible change gradient legend units?

Hi! I don't think this actually answers the question (I'm having this problem as well). Specifically I want to change the units displayed in the legend of a gradient scale - for example, with a data set ranging from 73 - 3,000, it lists the values as 0.07K - 2.81K, which is silly. I want it to say 70 - 2,800 (or something similar), in the same way you can alter the formatting of the x- or y-axis labels. Is this possible? I've tried changing the "Default Formatting" under "Data Colors" and it doesn't help.
