hyperlink help

Trying to use this as hyperlink in power bi report and can't get it to become a hyperlink.

When pasting this in a regular browser we are able to log into our erp system and go directly to an order.

I want to be able to select this from powerbi like a normal hyperlink but can't seem to get it to work. I think it is partly due to the quotations, brackets, and = signs.  anyone have any suggestions?

Can you change the data category for this field to Web URL under modelling tab and then try it.
