my data looks like below:

Here monh column is in text type and when I try to change to date type, I get all errors. How do I fix this?

Column = DATEVALUE("01-"& left([month],3) & "-" & RIGHT([month],2) )
@sam_nik12345 , I would prefer to create a date column like
DATEVALUE("01 " &[Month])
or
DATEVALUE("01-" &left([Month],3) & "-"& right([month],2))

I am getting error while creating a custom column with the formula-

The other table is as below, on which I am getting error with this formula. week column format is text type. Kinldy help.
