data source credentials

hi there.

i have updated my data source credentials in the desktop however my automatic refreshes are failing and I dont know why.  when I look at the data source settings in the web version, the credentials settings is grayed out.  I have tried logging in and out to refresh but nothing is happening.  I have tried clearing the permissions and then editing and still does not update in web version.  please provide some guidance.  thanks.

And i think it is related to gateway configuration on Power BI Service.
