Hi ALL,
I have set up the gateway for my dev service account,
which credentials i need to put wile adding the data source for my analysis server database?
does those credentials need to be the administrator to the analysis services instant orthe credentials need read right to that database will do ?

When setting up the Analysis Services in the Power BI Service, the account that you use has to be a member of the Administer of your Analysis Services in order for it to work and connect properly.
You can still pass through usernames with Row Level Security etc with using the EffectiveUserName property.

@GilbertQ it means that the username should be the administrator for the analysis server instance, correct?
