When i click in the down arrow of a colum the same value appears several times

It should be helpful if you share some dummy data to test.

For this scenario, I suppose they may cause specific characters or spaces included in your field values to keep these rows unique and displayed in the filter lists. (you can check the source table records and remove special characters and space if helps)

@AFra , Is there a sort column in for this column with more than one value for same value of this column?

Or check do you need Trim and clean in power query
