Hi,
I have a report that covers support ticket counts across a 4 week period.
I want to show a visual icon so that it shows a 'high' if tickets are increasing or a 'low' if they are decreasing.
Any ideas please?
Thanks.
Hi @SachinC,
Currently, power bi kpi visual not support display the icons in it, you should deal with these data at excel side and import to power bi.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Power Pivot
In addition, you can also add a calculate column to deal with these data and show the custom image, take a look at below link:

Perhaps have a measure that calculates the average of the 4 weeks and just test to see if the latest value is higher or lower than the average and use this test to control your values.
Do you have a small example of your data?
See attached. Thanks.
