How is load testing performed ,As I have 10 thousand rows in Excel ?How many users can concurrent users can access the dashboard? And what factors do I need to take into consideration to check the load testing?Limitations of power bi that total how many users can together access dashboard(max limit)?

Hi @mwadhwani,

Do you mean the dashboard in Power BI Service or the reports in Power BI Desktop file?

If you mean that you share a dashboard to other users in Power BI Service, from my point of view, it doesn’t make sense to discuss that how many users can together access the dashboard. Power BI doesn’t act like a single portal that all users log into, it is more a separate portal. Every one has his own workspace and he can view dashboards or reports in his own workspace.

However, if you mean that you create reports in Power BI Desktop, and want to send the Power BI Desktop file(PBIX file) to other users, there is no limit that how many users you can send the PBIX file to, anyone who you share  the PBIX file with can view reports in a Power BI Desktop client.

Thanks,
Lydia Zhang
