Visual KPI Indicators
Hi, I have a report that covers support ticket counts across a 4 week period. I want to show a visual icon so that it shows a 'high' if tickets are increasing or a 'low' if they are decreasing. An...
Perhaps have a measure that calculates the average of the 4 weeks and just test to see if the latest value is higher or lower than the average and use this test to control your values.
