Use DAX values in Row

Hi, I have a below raw data table.

DateS.NoCategoryNameInput1Input Value1Input2Input Value2TargetAchievedBreached
Sunday, 1 October, 20235Category5Name5Text55Text55555
Sunday, 1 October, 20234Category4Name4Text44Text44444
Sunday, 1 October, 20233Category3Name3Text33Text33333
Sunday, 1 October, 20232Category2Name2Text22Text22222
Sunday, 1 October, 20231Category1Name1Text11Text11111
Friday, 1 September, 20235Category5Name5Text55Text55555
Friday, 1 September, 20234Category4Name4Text44Text44444
Friday, 1 September, 20233Category3Name3Text33Text33333
Friday, 1 September, 20232Category2Name2Text22Text22222
Friday, 1 September, 20231Category1Name1Text11Text11111

In the above Raw data, the below colums are calculated as DAX.

Input1
Input2
Target
Achieved
Breached

When I try to plot this table in a Matrix visual, I am getting the visual as below:

I couldn't plot the DAX values in Row section, hence the the above visual is in the order Input1, Input2, and the respective values

My requirement should be as below with one change, I want the Date in Column.

@gssarathkumar ,

When I plot the data in a table, I am getting it as your expected output

Thejeswar_0-1697627231103.png

Hi, I am also getting the same visual, but below is my requirement in Matrix Visual as you mentioned @Thejeswar

1, Date in Column

2, In the order of Input1, Input1 Value, Input2, Input2 Value
3, Input1 Value & Input2 Value are DAXs. Hence it can't be placed in Rows.

I don't think it is possible, Anyway thank you!

Dax measures cannot be place in rows that is correct.

Can you please share a mockup data or sample of your PBIX file. You can use a onedrive, google drive, we transfer or similar link to upload your files.

If the information is sensitive please share it trough private message.

Yeah, I should be able to switch the Date either on Rows / Columns, but my requirement is to visualize the data in the mentioned order. I tried and found it is not a possible solution.

The mentioned order on what visualization? On a table?

Hi @gssarathkumar ,

Being the date a column you should be abble to use it in rows or columns, but looking at your final result have you tried creating a Table visualization instead of a Matrix?

Miguel Félix
