Hello,
I have a total of 2 tables with data. The first table contains all the applicant data (application date, vacancy ID etc.) and the second table contains all the data on the job advertisements (vacancy ID, opened on, closed on etc.).
Currently, I already have an overview of the corresponding applications per selected date and an overview of the positions open at a certain date (see formula).
Requisition Open =
VAR tmpTickets = ADDCOLUMNS('Report (2)',"Effective Date",IF(ISBLANK([Geschlossen am]),TODAY(),[Geschlossen am]))
VAR tmpTable =
SELECTCOLUMNS(
FILTER(
GENERATE(
tmpTickets,
'Calendar'
),
[Date] >= [Erstellungsdatum] &&
[Date] <= [Effective Date]
),
"ID",[Stellenanforderungskennung],
"Date",[Date]
)
VAR tmpTable1 = GROUPBY(tmpTable,[ID],"Count",COUNTX(CURRENTGROUP(),[Date]))
RETURN COUNTROWS(tmpTable1)
How can I now create an overview from this by showing in a diagram how many applications have arrived on average?
You include a Calendar table in your data model, and create measures for the selected intervals.
