Updating data sources with weekly files

Hi All,

I have some weekly files in sharepoint (separate files) - I have created a Power BI report - my question is, as the files are imported weekly in sharepoint, how do I automate this to ensure that the current data in the report stays the same and the new data is added on?

Hi @ukare1996 ,

Since you connect to a cloud data source(the file in Sharepoint), the data in the report will sync with those changes too(usually within about an hour), when the data source have any update. You can find more details in the following official documentation.
