Two filters partially affect one another

Hi,

I have two date related filters in my report:

1. Predefined periods (Current Month, Previous Month).

2. Custom date filter.

For some reason, filtering on a predifined period only affects the "To" part of the custom date filter.

This behaviour can confuse the user regarding the date being filtered.

When i check the numbers i see that the predefined period date fiter works fine meaning that the "From" part should be updated as well.

How can i change this behaviour?

Thanks!

hi, @udian

You may try to use Edit interaction Function to manage the visual to interact with each other.

Reference:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-interactions

If it is not your case, please share sample pbix file or some data sample and expected output. You can upload it to OneDrive or Dropbox and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.

Best Regards,
