After my test, if you use the bar graph view, when you place the mouse pointer on the empty value, the tooltip will not be displayed.

@Anonymous , I think that box, once you enable tooltip always comes.

@Anonymous I can't think of any conditional thing like that. You can turn the tooltip on or off, that's about it.
