Time Line Chart

i am having tabel as shown below..
my requirment was i need Model (in a single row) with dates as headers and mile stones as values 
all milestones should come in the same row 
and between my minimum mile stone and maximum mile stone all the months should be showing with blank values..
kind of building a project time line 
how to build it in power bi i tried so many ways but couldn't able to so any one can help me with it

in place of current schedule it 
my Model "X" 
so hope this image is okay.

Yes image was not there but i had created my requirment in Excel Pasted here(Arbitary Draft) 
and data set was asked in the question
