    Yes image was not there but i had created my requirment in Excel Pasted here(Arbitary Draft) 
    and data set was asked in the question

        this was the kind of image where in time line those icons represent my values like 
        sop, pilot this all .. 
        in place of current schedule it 
        my Model "X" 
        so hope this image is okay.
