Sum split per Each Row in a Filtered Rows (Only for Visible Rows)

Hi there, sorry to bother but failing to figure it out from some time so I gave up.

Usae case. I have two tables (cardinality relation - it has to be that way).  What I wanted to do is to dynamically (using the filter) divide total sum per visible rows.

Currently it's populating same total per row. Can I count all visible rows and divide Total per each row instead see Total in each row ?

Data example:

Thank you for any help.
