Speedup Query Processing Time

Goodmorning,
as mentioned out in the title I would like to know if it's possible to speedup the time required to update the data for PBI.
The query is structured as follows:
-Database of items received identfied by a specific  S.N. , the Quantity received and a specific date of reception for which the Working Week Number is being calculated. The database is a single file that is updated weekly.
-Folder on which weekly the planning updates the calls off with Excel files containing the S.N.Working Week Number and the Quantity Ordered.
After some preliminary operations, a merge of the two prementioned queries based on the Quantity Ordered & Received of  a specific item (S.N) in a specific week. The problems is that as a the sources are updated, it takes 20-25 minutes to update the report. Any workaround?
thank you!

Hi,  @Anonymous

1.If your data is huge, it is recommended to avoid importing the data and use direct query first.

2.Optimize the current query model and delete unnecessary columns in the model in the advanced editor

3.Use Performance Analyzer to examine report element performance

4.Turn off the “Allow data preview to download in the background” option, and consider turning off data privacy checks
